Ewdifh reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; you should review this page regularly, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended version. If you do not fully accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the website, its applications and extensions.

Nature of the Service and the Limits of Our Role

Ewdifh (ewdifh.com) is an independent media platform and a directory of job announcements, operating under the applicable media license and the "Mawthooq" advertising license, that aggregates and publishes job announcements from their official sources. The platform does not represent the government or any governmental or private entity, does not practice any form of recruitment mediation, does not receive CVs or job applications, and does not nominate candidates, and holds no authority over the announced jobs. Applications are submitted directly to the announcing entity through its official channels without any intermediation from us, and we charge job applicants no fees.

Important Information for Our Users

Accuracy of Information and Limits of Warranty

• Ewdifh does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained in job announcements or results; the final reference is the announcing entity and its official source.
• Each announcing entity bears full responsibility for its jobs and recruitment procedures; Ewdifh bears no responsibility in this regard.
• We do not guarantee listing all jobs; some announcements may not be published for editorial or technical reasons, and we may discontinue any content or section without prior notice.
• Ewdifh may archive, change the status of, or remove any announcement as needed.

User Responsibility

You alone are responsible for sending your documents or CV to any announcing entity, and you must verify the entity before any contact or submission. Ewdifh's role is limited to republishing announcements from their official sources, with no role in receiving applications or in the communication between users and announcing entities.

Announcements Republished from Social Media

Where announcements are republished from social media platforms, we restrict ourselves to the official verified accounts of the announcing entities. Final verification before applying remains the user's responsibility as stated above.

Logos

All entity and company logos and images are the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify the source of an announcement. Any entity objecting to the use of its logo may contact us from its official email at info@ewdifh.com to remove the logo or images or stop future coverage, stating the reason where possible.

Some news items contain links that take you outside Ewdifh. These websites are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for their contents or any links within them. They are provided solely for convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

Intellectual Property

No content from the website or our social media accounts may be copied, republished, downloaded, broadcast, transmitted or quoted in any way except for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written permission from Ewdifh's administration.

Comments

Where comments are available, each user is responsible for what they write. Comments are moderated and may be approved or rejected without stated reasons. The following are prohibited: purely promotional content, insults, threats or personal attacks, expressions of bigotry, racism, discrimination or hate, obscene or pornographic content, abusive mail, copyrighted material of others, and impersonation.

Push Notifications

• We do not commit to any number or volume of push notifications, may send none at all, may stop sending them at any time without prior notice, fully control their type, wording and timing, and they may include promotional content.
• We do not guarantee delivery of notifications to all users; they should not be relied upon as the sole means of following news.
• Users are responsible for enabling or disabling notifications via their device or browser settings, for the website and the Android and iOS applications alike.

Ewdifh bears no responsibility for any advertisements or offers involving financial investment schemes or paid-employment operations and is not associated with them in any way. We warn our followers against engaging in fake or unofficial investment schemes — fraudulent operations targeting your money — and urge them not to provide personal information or private data to any party. Ewdifh disclaims any legal responsibility for consequences or damages resulting from dealing with suspicious offers; verifying their credibility remains the responsibility of the users themselves.
